Terms of Service

1. Service provider

This service (hereinafter "the Generator") is operated by Wooden Ren Education Co., Ltd., registered at 4F, No. 6-34, Dongshi St., Nuannuan Dist., Keelung City, Taiwan. Contact email: wengbinren@gmail.com.

2. Service scope

The Generator provides the following features: input furniture dimensions / wood species / joinery options, and automatically produce 3D models, three-view engineering drawings, exploded views, bill of materials, and A4 print-ready engineering sheets. The Pro plan and above additionally include a furniture quoting system, customer-data management, and Designer mode.

The Generator is under active development; users understand that features may change, be paused, or have pricing adjusted. Material changes are notified via on-site notice or email.

3. Account registration and security

• Users must register with a real email address; impersonation or multi-account registration to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
• Account passwords / sign-in tokens are the user's responsibility to safeguard; losses arising from leakage are borne by the user.
• The Generator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in malicious behavior.

4. Plans and billing

• The Free plan offers a subset of furniture templates (square stool, pencil holder, bookend) and 1 saved design per account.
• Personal / Pro plans are billed monthly or annually; the Student plan is a complimentary plan for Wooden Ren Academy students, subject to the then-current plan description.
• Activation is typically immediate after payment. If activation fails, please email wengbinren@gmail.com.
• Refund policy: As this is a digital-content service, payments are generally non-refundable. If a major system defect makes the service unusable, please email us within 7 days of payment for case-by-case review.

5. Intellectual property

• Copyright in the Generator's code, UI, furniture templates, and engineering drawing styles belongs to our company.
• Copyright and commercial-use rights in the concrete dimensioned design files and printable PDFs produced by users via the Generator belong to the user; users may freely use them for their own woodworking, teaching, client projects, and product sales.
• Users may not repackage, resell, or supply the Generator's interface, source code, or template database to third parties.

6. User responsibility and disclaimer

• Drawings produced by the Generator are for design reference only; verify with on-site lumber and tooling before actual construction. We are not liable for any damages (including wasted material, safety incidents, structural failure) arising from constructing based on these drawings.
• Suggested material types, quantities, and labor hours included in the Generator are estimates; actual results may differ.
• Users may not use the Generator for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or service-destabilizing activities.

7. Service changes and discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate all or part of the service at any time. Material changes are notified via on-site notice or email. If service termination results in unused paid-period time, a pro rata refund will be issued.

8. Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated and announced on this page at any time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive first-instance jurisdiction of the Keelung District Court of Taiwan.
