Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

Furniture Blueprints (designer.woodenren.com) is a digital content / online software service (SaaS). Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act Article 19(2) and the Executive Yuan's "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation for Distance Sales," Article 2, Item 5: "Digital content provided not on a tangible medium, or online services completed upon provision, supplied with the consumer's prior consent" — the 7-day cooling-off right does not apply.

By completing payment and activating the account, the user is deemed to have consented to immediate provision of the digital content and to have waived the 7-day cooling-off period.

  1. Email wengbinren@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - <your registered email>". Include order number, payment date, and reason.
  2. We will respond within 7 business days as to whether the request is accepted.
  3. Accepted refunds are returned via the original payment channel (ECPay credit card / ATM). Posting time depends on the issuing bank, typically 3–30 business days.
  4. Because payment-processing fees are charged and kept by third parties (ECPay, issuing banks) and are non-refundable, refund amounts will be less any already-incurred payment-processing fees.

Furniture Blueprints is a digital product. Per Section 3, refunds are generally not granted. For special cases, please email Wooden Ren directly — each request is reviewed manually and answered by email.
