Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This service is operated by Wooden Ren Education Co., Ltd.. Contact email: wengbinren@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: email, display name, avatar (if signing in with Google), registration timestamp.
• Design data: design files created by users (furniture type, dimensions, options, quote content, customer details).
• Payment records: payment timestamps, plan type, subscription expiry; we do not store credit card numbers or CVV (processed directly by the payment provider).
• System logs: IP address, browser UA, error messages (used for troubleshooting), retained for up to 90 days.
• User-submitted content: messages sent via the 🐛 "Report" button at the bottom right, and support emails.

3. How we use the data

• To provide and maintain core features (sign-in, design storage, printing, quoting).
• Subscription-expiry reminders, receipts, notice of material policy changes.
• Troubleshooting and service-quality improvement.
• With your consent, product updates / educational content / promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party services we use

• Supabase (database + auth): stores account and design data; servers located in AWS Singapore.
• Vercel (deployment): hosts the site; stores build artefacts and system logs.
• Google OAuth (if you sign in with Google): only email, name, and avatar are retrieved.
• Anthropic Claude API (if you use the "photo to design" feature): uploaded images are sent to Anthropic for image recognition. Anthropic does not use the content for model training (per its API terms).

5. Cookies and local storage

• Sign-in: Supabase Auth uses cookies to maintain session state.
• User preferences: quote letterhead, brand customization, etc. are stored in browser localStorage and are not uploaded to the server.
• We do not use Google Analytics or third-party ad-tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Inquire about, view, and copy your personal data.
• Request completion or correction of inaccurate data.
• Request that collection / processing / use cease, or that your data be deleted (including account closure).

To exercise these rights, please email wengbinren@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 business days.

7. Data retention

• Account and design data: kept until you request account deletion.
• Payment records: kept for 7 years per Taiwan tax law.
• System logs: rolling 90-day overwrite.

8. Children's privacy

This service is not designed for users under 14. If you discover a minor has registered without guardian consent, please email us to delete the account.

9. Policy updates

This policy may be updated and announced on this page at any time. Material changes are notified via on-site notice or email. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
