The sign-in button doesn't work when opened from LINE / FB / IG
LINE / FB / IG in-app browsers don't support Google sign-in. Tap the top-right "⋯" and choose Open in browser, or copy the link to Chrome / Safari first.<br/>Alternatively use Email magic link sign-in: enter your email on the sign-in page and tap the link in your inbox within 10 minutes — no Google account needed.
The email sign-in link says "link expired"
Email sign-in links are valid for 1 hour. If expired, go back to the sign-in page and request a new one. Don't share the link with anyone — it can only be tapped once and only by you.
Subscriptions & payments
Does monthly billing auto-renew? How do I cancel?
Yes, it auto-renews every 30 days until you cancel. Go to My subscription and tap "Cancel subscription" (you keep access through the end of the current period; no refund on the charge already taken).<br/>Yearly plans do NOT auto-renew. You get a reminder email 7 days before expiry.
I paid but my features aren't unlocked yet
Payment callbacks usually complete in 1–5 minutes. If you've waited more than 10 minutes:
- Refresh the page / sign out and back in
- Check your email for the "Payment successful" notification
- Still locked? Contact support with the last 4 digits of your card and the time of the transaction
Monthly vs yearly — what's the difference?
Monthly = auto-renews every 30 days, you cancel to stop. Yearly = pay once for a year, does not auto-renew, comes with a discount. See full pricing on the pricing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Upgrades: yes. Tap your target plan on the pricing page and the system auto-prorates the refund (unused days of the old plan go back to your card) and cancels the old recurring charge. Downgrades: wait until the current plan expires, then pick the new one.
Invoices (Taiwan only)
How are invoices issued?
After payment succeeds, the system auto-issues an ECPay B2C electronic invoice (Taiwan tax authority format) to your registered email. Configure at My subscription → Invoice preferences.
I entered the wrong company name / tax ID
Within 24 hours: contact support immediately and we void and reissue (automatic).<br/>After 24 hours: requires a manual credit note flow handled by support (1–3 business days).
I didn't receive the invoice email
Check spam and the Promotions tab first. If still missing, contact support and we'll manually resend. The invoice itself is already on file with Taiwan's Ministry of Finance e-invoice platform and cannot be lost.
Designing & using the app
My saved designs are gone
If you weren't signed in when designing, the data only lives in that browser — switching devices or clearing cache wipes it. Sign in first, then save: designs sync to the cloud and appear in My designs across devices.
3D model won't load on my phone / freezes
3D rendering is resource-heavy on older phones / browsers. We recommend desktop + Chrome / Edge or latest iOS Safari. You can also try the "Assembly" view to reduce 3D part count.
Print PDF has blank pages
Use Chrome → Print → Save as PDF, set margins to "None", and check "Background graphics". Other browsers may break the layout.
Install as desktop app (PWA)
How do I install the app on my phone home screen / computer?
After signing in, the top-right menu shows 📲 Install app to home screen. It may take a few seconds of interaction to appear on the first visit.<br/>iOS Safari: tap the share button ⬆️ at the bottom → Add to Home Screen (must be Safari, not Chrome).<br/>Android / desktop Chrome / Edge: tap the button directly.<br/>Line / FB in-app browsers: not supported, use your system browser.

Can I get a refund?
Wooden Ren Designer is a digital virtual product. Per Article 5 of Taiwan's "Reasonable Exceptions to Distance Contract Rescission" regulations, payments are generally non-refundable (you also waived the 7-day cooling-off period at checkout).

How do I avoid buyer's remorse?
Since refunds are restricted, we recommend:
- Build 3 furniture pieces on the free tier first to confirm the tool works for you
- Not sure between monthly and yearly? Start with monthly at $9 for a month, then switch to yearly if you like it
- Monthly can be cancelled anytime — access stays through period end
